When it rains, school is cancelled. For now.

In Chidenguele, children sit in huts made of reeds. When the rain comes, the school stays empty for weeks because the roofs don't keep the rain out. We are building a brick classroom, 9 by 6 metres, together with the village. Construction has been under way since 12 October 2026.
